[ad_1]Description:-Responsible for collection efforts of patient level accounts primarily for private accounts.-Calling on accounts to try and collect money (i.e. could be someone needing a copy of a statement, finding out about insurance, general questions, etc.)-Once they get the customer on the phone they could be taking a collection payment, researching the bill, etc.-The Representative will need to tell the customer the benefit of paying the bills (this is sales in a sense)-Works with responsible parties, receiving in/out bound telephone calls, providing customer service through explaining why they are being billed and following-up on past due accounts using approved collection techniques.-Works with pharmacy billing associates in obtaining accurate billing and resident information and in re-billing and resolving unpaid claims through adjudication.Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-1-2 years of Call Center or Collections experience, working on the phone-High School or GED required-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)-Someone who is comfortable working in a call center making a high volume of outbound calls/must be able to work in a fast paced environment-Ability to work remotely in a quiet place with stable internet-2MB minimum of high speed internet requiredNICE TO HAVE:-Previous Collections experience-Previous Billing experience in the healthcare field-Previous Pharmaceutical experienceREMOTE REQUIREMENTS:-MUST be hard wired into router, cannot use hot spot or Wi-Fi for Internet (will be provided a 5 ft ethernet cord for this)-MUST be able to work in a private space with no foot traffic due to HIPAA requirements-Must be able to work all required hours, will have scheduled breaks/lunchAbout Aston Carter:Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
