**Position Summary**: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring that both administrative and production activities run efficiently and smoothly. This includes managing resources, optimizing processes, maintaining operational standards, and facilitating communication between teams. The role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving, continuous process improvement, and maintaining a safe and productive environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Operational Management**: - Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure efficient operations across all departments (office, warehouse, factory, or service centers). - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, production, logistics) to meet operational goals. - Monitor and improve operational workflows to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. - Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising the quality of services or products. - **Staff Management**: - Supervise and support staff, ensuring adequate training and development. - Handle employee performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution when necessary. - **Health, Safety, and Compliance**: - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards. - Conduct regular safety audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. - Address any safety issues promptly and implement corrective actions. - **Inventory and Resource Management**: - Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate supply of materials. - Monitor resource utilization and ensure operational efficiency with mínimal waste. - Coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment required for the center’s operations. - **Customer Service & Quality Control**: - Oversee customer service efforts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor the quality of services or products being provided, implementing corrective measures when necessary. - Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively. - **Process Improvement**: - Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing operational inefficiencies. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction. - Implement lean manufacturing or other relevant methodologies to improve overall performance. - **Reporting and Documentation**: - Prepare and maintain operational reports, including performance metrics and progress toward goals. - Keep accurate records of activities, production schedules, staffing levels, and inventory. - Report any critical issues to senior management and provide recommendations for resolution. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in operations or management, with a preference for roles involving both office and production settings. - Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with operational management software. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Arabic Speaker, 30-40 years old **Desired Skills and Experience**: - Previous experience in managing operational teams in manufacturing, logistics, or service centers. - Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse management software. - Understanding of production processes and quality control measures. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Language**: - Arabic Speaker (required)
