Job Description

Title: Amazon FBA Launch Manager – Product Research, Supplier Sourcing & Store Setup (Temporary Project)

Job Type: Temporary / One-off Project (potential for future work)

Brand: Zarexo
Budget: Open to reasonable offers (£3–£8/hr or fixed price)

About the Role

I am launching my first Amazon FBA product under my brand Zarexo.
I need an experienced Amazon FBA specialist who can handle the entire setup and launch process for one product (starting with drawer dividers as the initial category).

This is a temporary, one-product project, but if the launch goes well, there will be opportunities for future roles.

Responsibilities

You will manage the full cycle of launching the first product on Amazon FBA, including:

Product Research

  • Validate drawer dividers as a viable product OR recommend better alternatives
  • Analyse competitors, demand, pricing, margins
  • Prepare product research reports
  • Present 2–4 suitable product options if needed

Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Contact suppliers (Alibaba, 1688, direct factories)
  • Request quotes, MOQ, logo printing costs, sample costs
  • Negotiate if needed (better price, MOQ, payment terms)
  • Compare suppliers and recommend the best one
  • Assist with sample ordering
  • Arrange the final bulk order (only 1 order for now)

Amazon Listing Setup

  • Handle GTIN exemption if needed
  • Create a fully optimised listing
  • Write title, bullets, and description
  • Upload images (I can provide logo; you may help with photo/Canva edits)
  • Keyword research
  • Competitor analysis

Inventory & Logistics

  • Create FBA shipping plan
  • Coordinate labels with supplier
  • Track shipment to Amazon
  • Ensure everything is compliant and smooth

Customer Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor customer messages
  • Respond professionally
  • Handle issues politely and quickly (Amazon handles returns)
  • Notify me of any concerns

Reporting

  • Provide clear updates throughout the project
  • Communicate progress frequently
  • Ask questions when needed to avoid mistakes

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon FBA private label
  • Strong understanding of product research tools (Helium 10, etc.)
  • Experience sourcing from Alibaba / 1688
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and terms
  • Experience creating Amazon listings
  • Familiarity with Seller Central
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to work independently

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience launching home/kitchen products
  • Experience with drawer dividers or similar lightweight home items
  • Ability to do basic Canva product photo editing
  • Familiarity with PPC setup (optional for now)

What You WON’T Need To Do

  • No large-scale PPC campaigns
  • No long-term management (unless rehired)
  • No multiple product launches — this is for ONE product

Project Timeline

The role begins immediately.
Expected duration: 2–6 weeks, depending on supplier response times and listing setup.

Job Types: Temporary, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £3.00-£5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
