What You'll Do:

As Airline Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for enabling commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships with airline partners across EMEA. You will:

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and expand long-term relationships with airline HQs and regional stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations of commercial terms and master lease agreements across EMEA
  • Secure favourable chargeable weight terms
  • Ensure proper implementation of agreements across airline networks and GSAs
  • Conduct regular business reviews with airline HQs to drive joint growth initiatives

Sales & Commercial Enablement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support negotiations and act as the primary liaison between business development teams and airlines
  • Increase pipeline and commercial traction through strategic collaboration

Service Rollout & Implementation

  • Drive implementation of agreements and partnerships at the regional level
  • Provide hands-on support to business development teams at network stations
  • Lead rollout of new services as Project Owner, ensuring planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new airline partners

Additional Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for operational and commercial escalations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key airline stakeholders through regular on-site visits
  • Track performance metrics and report on partnership success to leadership
  • Represent SkyCell at industry events and speaking engagements
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain up-to-date market intelligence

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to present the value proposition, negotiate and close deals.
  • Sound customer-centricity, is able to quickly understand customer needs, value and economic drivers in order to identify new business opportunities.
  • Has a challenger mindset, can offer the customer unique perspectives through key insights and challenging assumptions.
  • Strong skills in building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Able to grow and nurture a professional network and to establish trust.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, at ease playing with and discussing numbers.
  • Great project management skills with a commitment to timely and outstanding execution.
  • Remarkable communication and presentation skills, is able to make a compelling case for partnerships to different audiences.
