Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives. This is a remote position where you will assist airline passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and general travel concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications.
  • Provide information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers.
  • Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection guidelines.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Mandarin).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (airline or travel industry preferred).
  • Previous experience working remotely is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week for part-time roles.
  • Full-time employees work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
