Job Summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while playing an essential role in supporting daily administrative operations. You will contribute to the smooth running of the business by managing communication, scheduling, document handling, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members, ensuring appointments and meetings are well-organized and optimized.

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding and redirecting as needed.

  • Organize and prioritize daily administrative tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Assist with creating, filing, and maintaining important records and documents.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.

  • Provide support for internal and external meetings, including arranging video conferences and managing logistics.

  • Support leadership and team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in performing tasks.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management roles.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Suite, Slack, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, with flexible working hours.
