We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Admin Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications professionally.

  • Accurately enter and update data across various systems.

  • Support projects and assist different departments as needed.

  • Identify areas where administrative support is required and take the initiative to address them.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

  • Quickly grasp new processes and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 08:30 AM – 17:00 PM (UK Hours)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: R6500 - R8000 per month (based on experience)

  • 40 days of paid leave annually

  • Fully remote position

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous

  • Highly reliable and organized

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
