The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting our mortgage and protection advisers, ensuring a smooth process for clients from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submitting Agreements in Principle (AIPs) and mortgage applications

  • Managing and organising client paperwork and documentation

  • Chasing lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases efficiently

  • Liaising with clients to provide updates and request information

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records

About You:
You’ll be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with experience in mortgages, conveyancing, or estate agency administration. You’ll enjoy working independently from home and be confident managing your own workload.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous experience in mortgage, conveyancing, or estate agency administration

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Motivated and driven with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable using digital systems and maintaining client confidentiality
