Collectively, Hanger employees touch thousands of lives each day, helping people achieve new levels of mobility and freedom.Could This Be For You?The Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) Respiratory Therapy is a highly specialized clinical role focused on supporting the successful implementation and growth of respiratory and cardiopulmonary programming in post-acute care (PAC) settings through clinical services support and technologies, including ACP’s ACPlus Respiratory Assessment and OmniFlow. The CPC will serve as a subject matter expert in respiratory therapy and work in direct partnership with client facilities, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to drive superior patient outcomes and maximize client satisfaction. This role promotes interdisciplinary clinical integration, adoption of innovative technologies, and sustainable growth of ACP’s respiratory programming.Your Impact• Lead implementation and training for the ACPLUS Respiratory Assessment and Treatment products in client partner facilities, ensuring respiratory assessments and interventions are optimized.• Serve as the respiratory therapy liaison within the interdisciplinary ACP Clinical Services team, collaborating with nursing, rehab, and operational stakeholders.• Design and promote customized workflows for respiratory therapy integration aligned with facility goals, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.• Deliver dynamic clinical education sessions, product trainings, and in-services (on-site and virtual), tailored to respiratory therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.• Contribute to development of CEU-accredited respiratory education content in collaboration with the Clinical Innovation and Content teams.• Mentor field operations and clinical staff to understand the respiratory therapist’s role in interdisciplinary care and clinical technology integration.• Support client success by providing consultative analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business review discussions with clinical and administrative partners.• Address client inquiries related to clinical use, compliance, and outcomes associated with ACP’s respiratory programs.• Collaborate with product development and marketing to inform product evolution and highlight respiratory therapy value.• Document training, implementation activities, and field visits using standardized internal systems.Minimum QualificationsRequired:• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in respiratory care• Deep understanding of respiratory care practices in post-acute settings (e.g., SNF, LTACH, or home health).• Familiarity with clinical program development and technology adoption.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).• Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site clinical support.• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.Preferred:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Healthcare Administration.• Knowledge of regulatory standards in respiratory therapy (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).• Prior experience with ACP products or equivalent clinical technologies.• Geographic proximity to a major airportAdditional Success Factors• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate, persuade, and inspire across professional audiences.• Solutions-oriented, adaptive thinker with a commitment to innovation in care delivery.• Capable of managing multiple priorities and dynamic schedules.• Strategic thinker with the ability to link clinical improvement with business goals.• Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.• Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.• Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.• Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.• Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.Our Investment in You• Competitive Compensation Packages• 8 Paid National Holidays & 4 additional Floating Holidays• PTO that includes Vacation and Sick time• Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits• 401k Savings and Retirement Plan• Paid Parental Bonding Leave for New Parents• Flexible Work Schedules and Part-time Opportunities• Generous Employee Referral Bonus Program• Mentorship Programs- Mentor and Mentee• Student Loan Repayment Assistance by Location• Relocation Assistance• Regional & National traveling CPO/CO/CP opportunities• Volunteering for Local and National events such as Hanger’s BAKA Bootcamp and EmpowerFestHanger, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
